I am a former Partners of the Americas staff member now living in Brazil, and I am participating in the Sustainable Network Training Program. I am raising funds to support the Dennis R. Shaw Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The Shaw Memorial Scholarship was created to assist young people of limited financial means who are Youth Ambassador alumni or Partners chapter members and are pursuing higher education at any university in the Americas. Eight awards have been given already in the past year!

I think this scholarship is the perfect way to honor Dennis Shaw, who I loved beyond words, while carrying his legacy to the future in the figure of the brilliant young friends I made while working with the YA program.
